Cuero, TX – The Cuero ISD Education Foundation (CISDEF) was pleased to show its support for Cuero ISD educators at the district’s Back-to-School Convocation.
Foundation Provides Lunch and Gift Cards
The CISDEF Board of Directors voted to provide lunch for all district employees at the convocation. Teachers and staff enjoyed Chick-Fil-A box lunches accompanied by water and informational packets about the Foundation.
The Foundation also took the opportunity to express its gratitude to educators by distributing 164 gift cards totaling $25,467.50 through its grant program. This initiative highlights the Foundation’s commitment to supporting those who dedicate their lives to student success.
“The Back-to-School Convocation was a wonderful event to show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our teachers and staff,” said Darwin Koenning, Board President of the Cuero ISD Education Foundation. “We hope the provided lunch and gift cards served as a small token of our gratitude for their invaluable contributions to our students.”
